Bitcoin Google searches are 10 times higher than USD
Bitcoin's sharp increase in price in recent weeks has caused searches for this digital currency on Google to spike.
According to data from Google, the number of searches related to the keyword " Bitcoin " is 10 times more than those related to the keyword "US Dollar". The search increased the most after November 5, when the US presidential election took place. This cryptocurrency is currently at a record high of 93,000 USD per coin.
Google Analytics data shows that searches for Bitcoin are many times more than for the US dollar.
Specifically, the number of searches for the keyword "Bitcoin" on Google and other popular search engines ranged from one million to 10 million in the past 30 days, while "US Dollar" ranged from 100,000 to one million.
“Trump’s embrace of cryptocurrencies is attracting investors who expect the new administration to be more crypto-friendly,” Cryptotimes commented.
